Supervision for New Therapists or Coaches

You can now book monthly or as needed supervisory sessions with Lynn Grodzki to help you refine and enhance your skills as a psychotherapist or a coach.

Lynn is a senior licensed psychotherapist (LCSW-C) and master certified coach (MCC) who has had a vibrant, full psychotherapy and coaching practice for over 20 years. She is a faculty member for CoachU, a large international coaching university and helps new coaches learn to be highly competent in their approach. She has worked with beginning and intermediate therapists who want to become more acccomplished in their interventions.

As a supervisor, she helps other change agents — therapists and coaches — hone their clinical skills to be able to:

  • Simplify difficult cases
  • Develop more confidence
  • Retain clients longer
  • Help clients go deeper to make lasting change
  • Refine “use of self” to make sessions more focused and meaningful
  • Stay calm and grounded even when sessions get tough
  • Develop patience and see the big picture of their work
