Coaching Fees and Procedures for individual coaching sessions by phone:
Procedures We work primarily by phone with our clients from across the country and several continents. Getting started for individual phone coaching is a three-step process. The first step: Email: info@privatepracticesuccess.com to request a free, 1/2 hour "living brochure" introductory session by phone with one of our coaches.
Next, fill out the Strong Start Survey and send it to your coach before the introductory session. At the intro session, your coach will want to hear all about you, including your current business and personal challenges and where you want to go from here. You will have time to understand how she might be able to help you get there. This is a mini-coaching session so you can see how it works. Everything you talk about is confidential in all coaching sessions. The second step: At the end of the intro session your coach will give you information about how to go further and start individual business coaching. If you have a sense of your readiness to go forward, you and your coach can talk logistics — and decide on the times to meet each month. Individual coaching by phone consists of a total of 90 minutes every month, broken into several sessions with additional email support. Coaching goes month to month, although most of our clients like to arrange for a minimum of 3 months to be able to define, set, and meet their initial business goals. The third step: Make arrangements for credit card billing prior to your first session each month. This monthly retainer will confirm your sessions. Prior to each coaching session, email your Prep Form (your coach will give you this form by email) to help focus and structure each call. That's it!! You are on your way to building your ideal private practice, with the help of individual business coaching. Fees By phone, your monthly fee is $410 for one month of coaching. This gives you 90 minutes worth of phone time (2 forty-five minute calls, one every other week) and additional email or fax support with your coach each month. For single sessions, your fee is $205, again payable as above. You pay for each month of coaching by credit card, and you will receive a statement by email of the prior month’s charges, the first of each month. There is a 24 hour cancellation policy. Cancellations must be received and confirmed by Lynn by email or phone during working hours, Monday- Friday, in order to not be charged for the scheduled session.
In person sessions are $160 for a 50-minute session, scheduled on an as-needed basis. Email: info@privatepracticesuccess.com to inquire about the availability of in-person sessions.
