Lynn Grodzki, LCSW, MCC, is one of the leading business coaches in the USA, working with small business owners and change-agents including: therapists, coaches, healers, and other consultants who help others make change in their lives. She is the author of five books, all published by W.W. Norton.

Her first book, Building Your Ideal Private Practice, is the best-selling book of its genre and has been reviewed as a resource that “should be the bible of any clinician.”  The Business and Practice of Coaching has been called “a voice of realism about the coaching profession.” Through her workshops and writing, she has become a pioneer in the field of practice-building, helping non-business-oriented professionals develop businesses that give them a high degree of integrity, personal choice, and financial success. Her newest book, Crisis-Proof Your Practice: How to Survive and Thrive in an Uncertain Economy (Sept 2009) is written to help small business owners stay viable during this difficult economy.
